My Mission…

My mission is to learn Chinese (reading, writing and speaking) fluently by February 2010. At least well enough to be able to write and sing a love song all in Mandarin. While this may seem overly ambitious, unrealistic and perhaps an even a crazy idea. It is fair to say that this was this very thought that made me decide to want to learn Mandarin.

My blog will cover my journey on this mission. I will detail my journey in the blogs including things I found difficult, mistakes I made, frustrations and any other emotion covered. I am hoping that by looking back on my blog I would learn from my experience and find some further inspirations for those times when perhaps things get a bit difficult.

Perhaps others reading my blog can also learn from my mistakes and find their own inspiration to take up Mandarin. I would be delighted if anyone reading can assist my learning in any way possible. It would be much appreciated.
